Bullet Heaven #230: Rival Megagun (PC)

Twinkle Star Sprites was a pretty fantastic game, but it stands almost completely alone. Rival Megagun looks to spice things up though! How does this TSS-alike stack up?

Bullet Heaven #229 - Game Tengoku Cruisin' Mix Special (PS4)

Game Tengoku was always one of our favorite episodes of Bullet Heaven to make. It turned out pretty good back in episode 37, and the game itself is one of the best we've played on Saturn yet. But a lot of its best parts were also hidden behind a wall of Japanese that most western players likely didn't grasp. Not anymore though, as Degica Games has finally brought the new PS4 conversion to the west in Game Tengoku: The Game Paradise CruisinMix Special! There's a lot to love here... But how does it stack up?

Bullet Heaven, Episode 198 - Space Invaders Extreme (Steam Ver.)

In episode 153, we took a look at Space Invaders Extreme on the PSP. We preferred it to its DS counterpart due to its excellent prenestation. But now, Degica Games and Taito have retweaked this great game for the 40th anniversary of Space Invaders (and the 10th for Extreme itself!) resulting in what could be the best Space Invaders game ever crafted. How does it stack up?

The newest version of Bullet Soul, Bullet Soul: Infinite Burst, follows that specific release, once again on Steam... but how does it stack up?

Bullet Heaven, Episode #176 - Castle of Shikigami (PC)

e took a look at Castle of Shikigami 2 on the PS2 all the way back in episode 2 of Bullet heaven ages and ages ago. Turns out, its predecessor, Castle of Shikigami was, in fact also released - as Mobile Light Force 2, stripped of story complete with a bizarre, unrelated cover. Degica Games is back with a restored, localized version of this classic game... but how does it hold up in the transition to Steam?
